How do I start a design?
Choose a product and select Design this product, or open the studio directly. Begin with a template, a blank canvas or your own uploaded image.
What image formats can I upload?
The preview studio accepts PNG, JPEG and WebP files up to 4 MB. For sharp results, start with the highest-quality version of your artwork.
Can I edit both sides?
Yes. Use the page tabs at the bottom of the studio. Products have different design surfaces: front and back, packaging panels, a mug wrap or book pages.
Can I download my design?
Use Download in the studio to save the current surface as an SVG preview. Export other surfaces individually. A printer will need to review final production artwork.
What is the minimum quantity?
It depends on your product. Some products start at one; stationery and packaging use packs. The product page shows the starting quantity and available volume options.
Why does the price change?
The configured preview price reflects quantity, size, material and finish. Higher volumes include an illustrative bulk adjustment. Live pricing will be confirmed before launch.
Can I see a product with my actual design?
The studio shows your editable artwork on its design canvas. Catalog images are illustrative mockups, rather than live photographs of your custom order.
Does checkout take payment?
No. Checkout creates a sample order saved in this browser. No payment processor is connected, and no physical print job starts.
Where can I find my sample order?
Open Your sample orders from the workspace. For a lookup, use the sample reference and the email entered at checkout.
Can I make the same order again?
Yes. Choose Make it again in Your sample orders to copy the products and their saved design into your bag.
Where are my designs saved?
Saved designs, favourites, briefs and sample orders live in local browser storage. They are available on this device and browser, without a cloud account.
Will my work sync to another device?
This preview does not synchronize across devices. Download your designs as SVG previews to keep a separate copy.
How do I plan a bulk print project?
Visit For business and complete the print brief with your products, quantities, materials and timeline. Save it and download a copy to share.
Can I use the same brand on different products?
Yes. Use a consistent logo, colour palette and typography across designs. Customize each layout for the product’s shape and printable surface.
